Dear Imperfections

Why “The Imperfect Catholic”? Because that’s who I am, and because I think we’re all imperfect, whatever our faith. “Dear imperfections,” St. Francis de Sales says, “they give us practice in humility.” And that’s a good thing. It’s when we accept who we are that the freedom comes, and the grace, and the joy.
